Location: Army Navy Country Club 2400 18th Street South, Arlington, Virginia 22204 Agenda: 6:30 to 7:00 pm — Informal Networking 7:00 to 8:00 pm — Presentations 8:00 to 8:30 pm — Q&A Panel 8:30 to 8:40 pm — Service Academy Representatives 8:40 to 9:00 pm — Academy Grads with Jobs 9:00 to 9:30 pm — Informal Networking Listen to career transition experts address topics of interest to transitioning U.S. Service Academy graduates. * Jim Carman, Career Transition Expert * Bill Norris, Federal Employment * Senior Corporate Human Resources Professional -- TBD * Malcolm Munro, Career Coach Dress: The dress code is coat and tie for men and equivalent business attire for women. Duty uniform is fine. Who should attend: Any U.S. Service Academy graduate in search of civilian employment. Also open to U.S. Service Academy graduates who are working for companies that are hiring Cost: Free to West Point Society of D.C. members; $20 fee for other Service Academy graduates. Any USMA grad not a Society member can join that evening at a cost of $30. $15 for Class of ‘99 and later. Food and Beverages: Coffee, tea, and light hors d’oeuvres will be served. Directions: From I-495 take I-395N to Glebe Road (North). At bottom of ramp, turn right onto Glebe Road. Go for about ½ mile and then turn right onto 18th Street. In 4 blocks you will enter the gates of the Army Navy Country Club. Parking is free. The event will be in the Fort Richardson Room.
